Adds an Audio Outputs plugin built on WirePlumber's wpctl: - service poller enumerates outputs from `wpctl status` and owns the switch/refresh command channel (`wpctl set-default`) - panel lists every output; the current one is highlighted and clicking another switches to it - bar widget: left-click cycles to the next output, right-click opens the panel; optional current-output label and a Cycle devices filter that restricts the cycle to a chosen subset (panel still shows all) - control-center shortcut opens the panel Also registers the plugin in catalog.toml (which additionally carries the pending Syncthing catalog version bump to 1.1.0).
